How We Repair Pallets
Inspection
Every incoming pallet is assessed for structural integrity – checking boards, stringers, and joints for damage or rot.
Repair & Replacement
Broken or cracked boards are replaced with matching timber. Loose nails and split components are fixed to restore full strength.
Load Testing
Repaired pallets are load-tested to confirm they meet the required weight capacity before being cleared for use.
Ready for Reuse
Approved pallets are stacked, sorted by size, and dispatched – giving them second life and keeping waste out of landfill.
